Customizable and User-Friendly Hydraulic Reciprocating Seal Test Bench
Description
The reciprocating seal basic test bench is mainly used for the performance test of small-sized reciprocating shaft sealing products, and can meet the long-term reciprocating test according to the requirements of users and reference GB/T 32217-2015.
The test content is as follows:
(1) Test run test;
(2) Start the pressure characteristic test;
(3) Friction measurement test;
(4) eccentric load experiment;
(5) Leakage measurement test;
(6) High temperature test.
Technical parameters
The system indicators of reciprocating sealing foundation test bench are as follows:
(1) Cavity pressure: 1.5~42MPa;
(2) Test oil temperature: room temperature -115°C;
Oil temperature control accuracy: ±5°C;
(3) Seal shaft diameter: the sealing groove can be replaced, the test bench design considers the scalability of the tested cylinder, and different test cylinders can be replaced according to the shaft diameter of the tested seal in the future, and the maximum shaft diameter of the tested seal is 63 mm.
(4) Reciprocating stroke: up to 400m (stroke adjustable);
(5) Reciprocating speed: 0.05-0.4m/s;
(6) The test bench adopts the form of one-to-one drive.
The measurement accuracy of the parameters of the reciprocating seal foundation test bench is as follows:
(1) Drive cylinder speed accuracy: ≦±10%
(2) Friction measurement accuracy: ≦±1%;
(3) Pressure measurement accuracy: ≦±0.25%;
(4) Temperature measurement accuracy: ≦±0.25 °C;
(5) Oil filtration accuracy: 10 μm
(6) Reciprocating stroke accuracy: ≦± 30mm/400mm
(7) Pressure establishment time of 0~35MPa: ≦3 s
(8) Operating noise: not higher than 95 decibels.

The equipment adopts an integrated design as a whole, which is composed of a hydraulic pump station, a valve table, a rotatable knuckle arm console, a test bench, etc., and the overall layout of the test bench is as follows:
